For 1kg Chicken, Heat required cooking oil, add chopped onion, tomato, coconut paste and saute well. Add cleaned 1kg chicken, saute with 50g of Aachi Chicken Masala. When half boiled add required salt and water. Allow to cook till tender. When gravy thickens add coriander leaves and serve hot. This Masala can be used for vegetable curry also.
