For 750g fish: Clean the fish thoroughly. Take a Kadai and pur sufficient oil, soute onion, tomatoes, garlic & added Tamarind juice. Take Aachi Fish Curry Masala Powder ( 100g ) and dissolve it in water and pour into Kadai. When the curry is well boiled add cleaned fish and required salt. After the fish has been cooked add curry leaves. Tasty Aachi Fish Curry is now ready to serve.
