HOW TO COOK :
Step 1 : Take 1 cup of Eastern Idli Podi, add 1 and quarter ( 1+1/4 ) cup of water and a table spoon of curd. Add 1 table spoon cooked rice for best results.
Step 2 : Mix well to make smooth lump free batter. Keep aside for 10-12 hours. Add salt to taste and mix well. if required, add a pint of baking powder
Step 3 : Pour the batter in a idli maker and steam cook till done.
